Tender Detail : professional quantity surveyors (as per the south african council for the quantity surveying profession (sacqsp) this panel of consultants in quantity surveyor services will be appointed for a three-year period starting on the date of acceptance of appointment. nomination of consultants on specific projects will be done on a rotational basis, categorised by the nature and size of the projects. it is expected that candidates will be familiar with the latest innovative, efficient, and sustainable methods for measuring costs, as well as have the ability to handle a project's financial aspects, including initial cost estimation and tendering, through to final account. the candidates must be able to perform the work from stage 1 to stage 6 of the procsa agreement for quantity surveyors. according to university guidelines, procedures, and standards, the ability to manage processes within a building information modelling (bim) environment is an added advantage. please note that participation in this rfi process does not guarantee potential appointments by the university of pretoria.
