This document covers the provision of flooring and tiling work to supplement the service rendered by UPs General Building workshop to all the buildings and structures of the University of Pretoria, situated on various campuses. The work cover in this agreement can be summarized as follow: Floor covering Wall tiles AD hoc requests Flooring and other Artisans skills are required as part of the repairs to general buildings and the Contractor shall make provision for this to reinstate the repair to its original status. A number of buildings on the University of Pretoria Campuses are older that 60 years. A full list of all buildings will be provided to the successful Tenderer on the award of the contract. Where maintenance and repairs are required, the Contractor will work closely with the Contracts Manager to preserve the building and complying to the National Heritage Resources Act 25 of 1999.
