the placement of four (4) brain tissue oxygen monitors which includes the supply, delivery, commissioning, a fully comprehensive maintenance contract and the supply and delivery of consumables for groote schuur hospital over a period of three (3) years, with the option to extend the contract for an additional two (2) years, subject to supplier performance and departmental prescripts, at the sole discretion of the department. gsh will pay for the consumables only.
