the appointment of a service provider for the supply of backup generators, uninterrupted power supply units (UPS), air conditioners, solar system, inverters, general electrical works and water tanks in the department of home affairs (DHA) offices including health facilities, digitisation sites, ports of entry of the border management authority (BMA), and refugee centres in all nine (9) provinces for a period of three (3) years, as and when required, with an option to extend and /renew the contract for further two (2) years subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funds.
