request to appoint a service provider (SP) to provide the fisheries management branch of the department (DFFE) /mlrf to supply and deliver of one hundred and twenty (120) 20 litre biohazardous waste buckets, fifty (50) 20 litre sharps disposal buckets, and three (3) rolls of biohazardous tape and to collect and dispose of filled buckets on a monthly basis for a period of twelve (12) months. please note only western cape suppliers will be considered.
