North West Community Education and Training College (NWCETC) requests suppliers for tender proposals on the cleaning services, hygiene services and supply of cleaning equipment, material and consumables at 11 main community learning centres and 90 satellites of the north west community education and training college for duration of 12 months with an option of renew at the sole discretion of the College for an additional 24 (twenty four) months on the same terms and based on a periodic performance evaluation on the same terms and conditions unless the parties agree otherwise., north west
