transport department has entered into a three-year agreement with the council for scientific and industrial research (CSIR) in terms of section 110 of the municipal finance management act (MFMA) for the provision of technical support services for restoration of the city of johannesburg (COJ) transport modelling capability. the contract commenced on 23 august 2021 and will expire on 23 august 2024, for the amount of r5 850 625.00 including vat.
